The Gap is Costing You. It’s Time to Bridge It.
You’ve built the systems. You’ve hired the talent. Yet, the seamless operation you envisioned remains out of reach. Projects stall, communication breaks down, and growth feels like an uphill climb. You are leading the charge, but the connection between your operations and your people is fractured.
Common problem. Uncommon solution.
In When Operations Meet People, Dr. Carrie Graham reveals the hidden friction points that keep CEOs and Founders awake at night. This is your diagnostic roadmap to move beyond surface-level “fixes” and tackle the root causes of organizational stagnation.
Through her proprietary ERA Framework, Dr. Graham provides small and mid-sized leaders with the blueprint to align leadership, systems, and performance-without needing a massive HR department. Stop guessing and start building the bridge to a high-performing, sustainable organization.
Inside, you will discover how to:
- Identify Root Causes: Stop treating people and operations symptoms and start fixing the structural “whys” behind the friction.
- Master the ERA Framework: Implement a clear, actionable methodology to identify and resolve performance gaps immediately.
- Scale with Fluidity: Learn to build customized, sustainable, that allow your organization’s operation to grow without breaking.
